How BitFree works

Create a BitFree account and complete KYC identity verification, including government ID and liveness checks. This helps us meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

Request a prepaid card
After verification, you can request a virtual prepaid card issued by our licensed card issuing partner. BitFree itself does not issue cards or hold fiat funds.

Submit a top-up request using a supported funding method. Our licensed partner handles conversion and settlement.

Spend with your card
Once the issuing partner completes the conversion, the equivalent amount of fiat is loaded onto your prepaid card. You can then use the card for eligible online payments in supported regions.
