1. Nature of Service

BitFree is a prepaid card management application. It provides a digital interface for users to manage a virtual prepaid card issued by a licensed card issuing partner. BitFree does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange and does not provide:

• Cryptocurrency trading, swapping, or order book services
• Price discovery or market making
• Peer-to-peer transfers of cryptocurrency or fiat between users
• Token issuance or listing

Any cryptocurrency submitted by users is used solely as a funding method for prepaid card top-ups. Conversion and settlement are performed entirely by the licensed card issuing partner under its own regulatory licenses. BitFree does not perform conversion, does not hold fiat funds, and does not provide exchange services.

2. Eligibility and Verification

All users must complete identity verification (KYC), including government-issued ID and liveness checks, before accessing services. BitFree applies AML monitoring, transaction risk controls, and device verification. Availability is subject to the issuing partner's terms and local regulations. BitFree plans to be available in supported App Store regions, excluding mainland China.

3. Prepaid Card Services

Prepaid cards are issued and managed by our licensed card issuing partner. BitFree provides the user interface for card management. Card availability, limits, and functionality are determined by the issuing partner and applicable network rules.

BitFree is not a bank or cryptocurrency exchange. This service is for general use only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.
